The Reservation form must be completely filled out, signed by the client and sent via fax or Email. The acceptance of the reservation is dependent upon the availability of the room. The room will be considered reserved only after a written response from the Hotel via fax or email.

Payment is to be made when the reservation is made; 30% of the whole amount must be paid plus possible insurance, via money transfer of Credit card. The rest of the money must be paid 20 days before the start of the vacation or at the moment the reservation is made if less than 20 days before the vacation starts.

Reservation Cancellation clients who cancel their reservation before arrival will be charged a penalty in the following manner

  1. 30% of the total price of the trip if cancelled 30-15 days before arrival;
  2. 50% of the total price of the trip if cancelled 14 to 9 days before arrival;
  3. 75% of the total price of the trip if cancelled 8 to 3 days before arrival;
  4. 100% of the total price of the trip will be charged if cancelled in 3 days or less of arrival;
  5. 100% of the total price of the trip in case of a no-show and in case the trip is stopped while already started.
