RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS LA BELLE ETOILE HOTEL
No payment is required at the time of booking. A deposit of 30% is required 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, modification or non-presentation within 7 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be kept as a penalty (except for exceptional Covid19 conditions*). The balance will be paid on arrival.
* COVID 19 EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival only in the following proven cases due to the pandemic state of COVID19:
- Application of government measures that limit travel and movement to the place of residence of our facilities;
- Official lockdown of your region or city of origin or destination;
- Closure of the borders between your country of origin and your country of destination;
- A mandatory quarantine period to be observed for vacationers traveling to the destination country;
- A mandatory quarantine period to be observed for vacationers returning to their country;
- One or more travelers positive to the RT-PCR Test for Covid-19 (certificate of isolation issued by a doctor required);
- One or more travelers have come into close contact with a positive (certificate of isolation issued by a doctor required);
- Total closure of the ski lifts.
