Terms and conditions

Flexible rate:  the 50% of the reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival and the amount provided will be reimbursed. The deposit will not be reimbursed if the customer will cancel within 14 days before arrival.  In case of no-show, 100% will be charged.

Non-Refundable rate: the customer pays the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. The customer pays the full amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after booking.

Cancellation policies

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and the deposit will be reimbursed.The entire amount of the stay will be charged for any cancellation made within 30 days before arrival.

The customer pays 50% of the amount of the stay at the time of booking.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and will be refunded for the deposit charged. The customer will be charged the full amount of the stay for any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival.

“Special COVID” General Conditions:

In the event of closure of the border of the client’s country of origin, or of confinement of the client’s place of origin or of the 2 Alpes resort, the stay that cannot take place will be reimbursed.

In the event of a customer contaminated by COVID, it will not be possible to make the refund.

On the other hand, we suggest that you take out holiday insurance via Europ-Assistance:

Their insurance does not exclude the COVID epidemic, and therefore covers the reimbursement of the stay, if one of the tenants tests positive on a PCR test.

Cancellation policies

The entire amount of the stay will be charged for any cancellation made within 30 days before arrival (except for exceptional Covid19 conditions*).

* COVID 19 EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS

It is possible to cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival only in the following proven cases due to the pandemic state of COVID19:

 

  • Application of government measures that limit travel and movement to the place of residence of our facilities;
  • Official lockdown of your region or city of origin or destination;
  • Closure of the borders between your country of origin and your country of destination;
  • A mandatory quarantine period to be observed for vacationers traveling to the destination country;
  • A mandatory quarantine period to be observed for vacationers returning to their country;
  • One or more travelers positive to the RT-PCR Test for Covid-19 (certificate of isolation issued by a doctor required);
  • Total closure of the ski lifts.
